Her Broadway musical production "Chen Ying Rescuers the Orphan "made to Studio 54 in New York at 2013 and also Dolby theater in Oct. 2016. She Finished bachelor's double degree in Film Studies & Studio Art, graduated in the top 3% of the class at Lawrence University in the United States. Received the Charles R. Lawrence International Student Award. Currently pursuing a master's degree in Film and Television Production with a focus on directing at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. Director and screenwriter works have been nominated twice at American film festivals. Cinematography director work received the Beijing University Virtual Reality (VR) Film Production Award. Jessica Haro, scripts examiner Jessica Haro is the Festival Coordinator at Maeya Cultural Exchange Group. She started as an intern in the spring of 2023 and soon transitioned into her current role. Jessica received her bachelor’s degree from the Cal State University Northridge film program, where she specialized in screenwriting. Her work at Maeya involves reviewing film and script submissions, communicating with talent, and writing articles. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys watching films and collaborative storytelling. |

Omar Revilla, Video Editor Omar Revilla is a skilled video editor and storyteller dedicated to transforming raw footage into compelling narratives. With experience editing documentaries during his internship at ST Culture Advocacy and contributing to the docuseries They Can't Kill Us, Omar has demonstrated both technical expertise and creative vision. Sophia Perez, storyboard artist Sophia is a graphic designer and storyboard artist with a profound passion for producing graphic materials that are visually appealing and engaging and elevate brand identity, as well as visual storytelling. She graduated with a bachelor's degree from Cal State Long Beach with a degree in studio art and is currently pursuing an associate's degree in graphic design at Sessions College of Art and Design. In her most recent role as a graphic designer at Minuteman Press, she has mastered technical competencies that are proven effective in producing compelling visual content, graphic design, and artistic production to cultivate success and forward creativity in all aspects of operations. Her work at Maeya Films is creative and strategic, and it sits at the intersection of graphic design, marketing, and storytelling. Her movie posters for Maeya Films cater to visual concept development, design, and composition, and incorporating marketing strategy. Her role as a storyboard artist for film projects required her to translate the script into visual sequence via the creative creation of visual narratives through comprehensively detailed storyboards. She animated keyframes for animators to create the foundation of characters' movements and facilitate easier workflow between departments. |
